These terms govern your use of www.nostari.world and any purchase from NOSTARI.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products

Our apparel is made to order. All artwork is original and created or licensed by NOSTARI. Because items are printed individually and screens vary, slight differences in colour and placement compared to on-screen images are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, stock/printing issues, or pricing errors) and will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping & risk

Delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping Policy). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, logos, photography, and content on this store are owned by NOSTARI and may not be reproduced, resold, or used without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. As a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [support email] so we can try to resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site at the time of your order applies. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
