Shipping & Delivery
Every NOSTARI piece is printed to order, so your shirt or hoodie is made fresh for you rather than pulled from a shelf. Orders are produced through our print partner, with UK and European orders fulfilled from within the EU. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Yes — we ship worldwide, with the fastest delivery to the UK and EU. Shipping costs and any applicable duties are shown at checkout before you pay.
Because each piece is printed to order, your order goes through a short production stage before it ships. Estimated total time from order to doorstep:
These windows cover both printing and delivery, and may vary with customs, public holidays or busy periods such as a new drop.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take a few hours to go live after dispatch, so give it a little time before checking.
Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated at checkout where possible. For some destinations, local import taxes or handling fees may still be charged by your country's customs authority on delivery, and these are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If your tracking hasn't updated or your order is later than expected, email us at info@nostari.world with your order number and tracking number.
Before delivery
If the parcel isn't marked as delivered, we'll review the shipment and chase the carrier where needed.
After delivery
If the carrier confirms delivery to your address, mailbox, pickup point or a safe place, NOSTARI can't be held responsible for theft or loss after that point, unless local law requires otherwise.
Orders & Returns
You'll get an order confirmation email at the address you used at checkout. No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder, then reach out to info@nostari.world if it's still missing.
Since every piece is printed to order, production starts soon after you order. You can change or cancel within 12 hours of ordering by emailing info@nostari.world. Once printing has begun we can no longer modify or cancel the order.
You have 30 calendar days from the day after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
As each piece is printed to order, please start every return with us first by email before sending anything back.
Email info@nostari.world with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. We'll confirm the next steps and let you know once it's processed.
For a size swap or change of mind, return postage is covered by the customer. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return and sort a replacement or refund — just reach out first.
Yes — email us to arrange a size exchange. Once your original item is returned and checked, we'll produce and send the new size. Exchanges depend on the design still being available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the eligible items to your original payment method. Return shipping, duties or import fees aren't refundable and may be deducted where applicable.

Yes. Payments run through secure, encrypted systems and we never store your full card details.

Every NOSTARI piece carries an impressionistic, oil-painting-style rendering of a real travel destination — a moment from a place worth remembering. Each design is named for where it takes you, like Arugam Bay — Salt and slow days.
NOSTARI comes in two ranges:
Journeys
Limited drops released each quarter, each tied to a single destination. Once a Journey sells out, it may not return.
Essentials
Our core range, available year-round and refreshed more gradually over time.

Always follow the care label inside the garment. To keep the artwork looking its best, wash inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid tumble drying unless the label says otherwise.
